Position Overview
As a Landscape Maintenance Crew Member, you'll work alongside experienced professionals to keep commercial properties looking their best. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

Performing landscape maintenance such as mowing, edging, trimming, mulching, pruning, and planting
Maintaining clean and safe job sites at all times
Assisting with loading/unloading equipment and maintaining tools
Following instructions from Crew Leaders and supporting the crew’s overall efficiency
Occasionally helping on enhancement or landscape construction projects

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in commercial landscaping is a plus, but not required — we’ll train the right person
Familiarity with landscape equipment (mowers, blowers, string trimmers, etc.)
Reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability
Reliable transportation to our shop
Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Additional hourly pay with a Valid driver’s license

Physical Requirements:
This role is physically active and outdoors. Expect regular walking, bending, lifting, and use of landscaping tools and equipment throughout the workday.
