Each branch has a landscape construction division and maintenance division and as such provides turnkey landscaping services from project groundbreaking through ongoing maintenance. *Job description* *Granite Hills Group is seeking candidates for the position of Landscape Crew Member/ Driver* We are seeking landscape Crew Members/ Drivers to add to our team in Charlotte,NC. *The requirements of the position are highlighted below.* * Valid driver's license and a good driving record for the last 3 years * Employees work in the field and should be prepared to work outdoors in varied weather, including rain and heat. * The work is physically demanding, and employees must be able to lift at least 50 pounds, as well as stand, bend, kneel, and reach throughout the day. * Experience is a plus, but not required _*Tasks include:*_ using hand tools such as shovels, rakes, and pruning saws; operating powered equipment such as mowers, chain-saws, string-trimmers, and hedge trimmers; watering plants using portable sprinkler systems, hoses or water cans; gathering and removing litter; and other related landscape activities. *WHY APPLY TO THE POSITION?* * Earn a competitive base pay from day one. * Career advancement opportunities for people with strong work ethic, great attitude and aptitude. * 401K with 4% automatically vested company match. * Generous PTO * Company paid holidays. * Medical, dental, vision and life insurance coverage options available. * Room for growth.
