Requirements

• Build strong partnerships with General Contractors and clients to manage the installation of commercial landscape construction      projects
• Lead job site planning, scheduling, and coordination with superintendents, foremen, buyers, and designers
• Keep production teams informed, engaged, and on track from kickoff to close-out
• Drive profitability through smart budgeting, accurate tracking, and proactive change order management
• Bring in new leads through strong industry relationships and community presence

• Ownership of all pieces of the project: communicating, organizing, negotiating, scheduling, budgeting, problem-solving, and      multitasking are built into your DNA
• Proven leadership that is trusted by clients, coworkers, and crews 
• Software fluency in spreadsheets and site plans 
• A can-do attitude: you’re adaptable and take action with the right sense of urgency
