Job Title: Landscape Route Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Landscape Route Assistant for Roses to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the maintenance and care of our rose gardens and landscapes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for horticulture and a desire to learn and grow in the field.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in the maintenance and care of rose gardens.

- Assist in the planting, pruning, and fertilization of roses

- Assist in the identification and treatment of pests and diseases

- Assist in the maintenance of irrigation systems

- Assist in the upkeep of garden tools and equipment

- Assist in the preparation of garden beds and soil

- Assist in the design and implementation of new garden projects

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in horticulture or landscaping preferred

- Knowledge of rose care and maintenance

- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
