Role:

Landscape Sales/Estimator

Responsibilities:

1. Selling landscape designs, installations, and projects


2. Developing ways to find new landscape clients


3. Reviewing client software and contacting new customer leads in a timely manner


4. Responsible for meeting sales targets


5. Scheduling and maintaining client appointments


6. Meeting landscape clients, assessing needs, and developing timelines


7. Bidding and creating estimates for landscape/construction projects


8. Creating landscape proposals, estimates, change orders for landscape clients


9. Maintaining excellent client relationships


10. Ensures projects are completed to the Aspen Ridge standard


11. Obtaining customer payments for services provided


12. Working well with the Landscape Architect/Design Team


13. Following directions from Sales Manager


14. Aware of goals and timelines of the project


15. Snow removal work during off season

Roles

3. Aware of goals and timelines of the project.


4. Maintains a clean, safe, and professional workspace.


5. Completes required paperwork and forms.

Jobs Skills & Qualifications

Required:

• 3 years Landscape industry experience


• Customer service skills


• Excellent communication skills


• Detail orientated & team orientated


• Valid driver’s license 

Preferred:

• Advanced equipment experience (truck & trailer, Bobcat, excavator)


• 3-5 years Landscape or Construction Sales Experience

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $55,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

             Commission based on gross sales
