As a Landscape Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the implementation of landscape designs, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and quality craftsmanship in every project. What you’ll do: 

• Collaborate with landscape designers and project managers to understand project requirements and timelines. 
• Prepare sites for installation by clearing debris, grading terrain, and performing necessary soil preparation. 
• Install various landscape elements such as plants, trees, shrubs, flowers, hardscape features, irrigation systems, and lighting fixtures. 
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools safely and efficiently. 
• Follow established safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. 
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless project execution. 
• Provide input and feedback on project feasibility and execution strategies. ? Requires you lift (50 lbs), have a valid driver's license, pass DOT physical 

Requirements

•  2-4 years of previous experience in landscaping, horticulture, or a related field preferred. 
•  Strong understanding of landscape installation techniques and best practices.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform strenuous physical tasks in various weather conditions. 
•  Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. ? Excellent communication and teamwork skills. 
• Valid driver's license.
