Landscape/Hardscape Install Crew Member

JOB DESCRIPTION

**NOTE: This is NOT a lawn maintenance role (no mowing, blowing, trimming, etc.)

• Plant shrubs, trees, flowers, and install sod
  


• Assist with constructing hardscapes: stone & paver patios, retaining walls, edging, steppers, dry creek beds, etc.


• Install and repair drainage, irrigation, landscape lighting, and other site amenities
  


• Interact with clients and crew members in a professional manner
  


• Work closely with a team to create a positive work environment and accomplish a common goal
  


• A typical workweek during the growing season is 40-45 hours. Monday - Friday, rare Saturday
  


• This is a labor-intensive job

REQUIREMENTS

• 1 Year of previous experience in landscaping


• Speak English (bilingual preferred) 


• You must be able to lift 50- 75 lbs


• Work 40-45 hours per week 


• Able to work in all weather elements (hot/cold, rain)
