Landscape Laborer Summary

A Landscape Laborer is responsible for performing a variety of tasks to maintain the grounds and landscaping of a property. This includes mowing, trimming, planting, fertilizing, and watering plants, as well as removing debris, controlling pests and weeds, and performing minor repairs. The Landscape Laborer must be able to work independently and as part of a team. They must also possess physical strength and stamina, as well as the knowledge and understanding of proper safety protocols.

A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are necessary for this position.

Landscape Laborer Duties

• Mow lawns and gardens


• Rake leaves and remove debris from lawns


• Edge lawns and flower beds


• Trim trees and shrubs


• Plant flowers and shrubs


• Spread mulch and fertilizer


• Install & maintain irrigation equipment
