BSS Contracting Management LLC is seeking a landscaper to join our growing team in Florida. This role involves performing on-site landscaping services, including installation, maintenance, and repair of outdoor spaces for residential and commercial clients.

About the Role:

As a landscaper at BSS Contracting, you will perform on-site repairs, installations, and maintenance across a wide range of residential and commercial projects. Your expertise will cover everything from lawn care and planting to irrigation, hardscaping, and landscape maintenance—playing a vital role in delivering exceptional service and beautiful outdoor spaces to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of landscaper services, including:

  • Lawn mowing and maintenance

  • Lawn aeration and dethatching

  • Minor roof repairs (patching leaks, replacing shingles)

  • Fertilizing and weed control

  • Irrigation system installation, repair, and maintenance

  • Tree and shrub planting, pruning, and removal

  • Flower bed design and planting

  • Mulching and soil amendment

• Troubleshoot and repair client issues efficiently and professionally

• Ensure work meets company quality standards and customer satisfaction

• Maintain a clean, organized work area and vehicle

• Communicate clearly and courteously with clients and team members

• Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used
  
   

  Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED (Trade school or certification a plus)

• Proven experience in landscaper  tasks

• Strong problem-solving and mechanical skills

• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and work in various outdoor conditions

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

• Basic computer skills (familiarity with smartphones or tablets for job tracking)

• Knowledge and adherence to safety standards
