About the Role We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our growing landscape team! No prior experience is necessary - we'll train you! In this entry-level Crew Member – Landscaping position, you'll work alongside a supportive team to learn the skills and techniques needed to create beautiful outdoor spaces.   What   You Will Do: Perform routine landscaping duties such as mowing, trimming, edging, weeding, and planting. Maintain trees, shrubs, and flower beds through pruning, watering, and fertilizing. Assist with the installation and maintenance of irrigation systems, including troubleshooting and repairing minor issues. Collect and dispose of debris, litter, and organic waste to maintain clean and inviting public spaces. Apply mulch, seed, and other materials to enhance landscape aesthetics. Power wash, rake, and perform other general maintenance activities as needed. Safely operate landscaping tools and equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and edgers. Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of tools and report any malfunctions or damage. Follow proper procedures for storing and handling equipment and materials. Work as part of a team to complete assigned tasks efficiently. Follow directions from supervisors and field leaders to meet project requirements. Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude while interacting with coworkers and the public. What You Will Need: High school diploma or equivalent (GED). Must be at least 18 years of age. Valid driver’s license with at least one year of driving is required. A clean MVR is required. Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects, bending, and standing for extended periods. Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or outdoor maintenance. Familiarity with landscaping tools and equipment (training provided for entry-level candidates).
