Role Description:
Join our team as a Landscape Crew Member and help create beautiful outdoor spaces. You'll assist with tasks like mulching, planting, and maintenance while ensuring safety and quality. Work with a supportive team, haul equipment, and contribute to project success. If you're passionate about landscaping, we would love for you to join our team.
Required Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record are mandatory
- Previous experience in landscaping preferred.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities at Kanazeh Lawn Service include:
- Assist with mulching, planting, edging, and general landscape maintenance tasks.
- Safely haul trailers and equipment to job sites.
- Execute landscaping projects with attention to detail and quality.
- Adhere to company safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient completion of tasks.
- Maintain equipment and ensure proper care and storage.
Hours:
- Work hours may vary based on seasonal changes, typically starting between 7:30 AM and 8:00 AM and ending around 5:00 PM to 5:30 PM.
Benefits Include:
- This position is offered as a 1099 contract role.
- Transition to W2 employment may be considered in the future, based on company policies and regulations.
- Salary range for this position is $16 - $20 per hour.
- Annual bonuses and paid time off are available based on tenure.
- Additional services provided by our company include spring and fall cleanups, as well as snow removal services in the winter.
