Summary:
Halter Landscaping Inc. is seeking an experienced and skilled Landscaping Foreman to lead a crew in the installation and maintenance of outdoor spaces for residential and commercial clients. This role involves managing landscape construction projects, supervising and training team members, ensuring proper equipment use, enforcing safety protocols, and maintaining job site efficiency. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, horticultural knowledge, and at least five years of landscaping experience. A commitment to quality workmanship, organization, and customer satisfaction is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage landscaping projects of various sizes and scopes for commercial and residential clients.


• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.


• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and the Operations Manager to address project needs and expectations.


• Organize and allocate equipment and resources efficiently for job sites using


• Skilled in using software tools for inventory management and resource planning.


• Oversee and train team members to ensure proper techniques and safety practices.


• Handle plowing and shoveling duties as needed during winter months.

Requirements:

• Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle required


• Minimum 5 years landscaping experience


• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills


• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously


• Willingness to perform all types of landscaping tasks as needed


• Entrepreneurial mindset with initiative, ambition, and effective teamwork skills


• Flexibility to work beyond normal business hours when required


• Proficiency in landscape construction, field measurements, and documentation


• Proven track record of excellent customer service
