This is a full-time, direct placement role at Heroes Lawn Care.

We are currently hiring a Landscaping Technician to join our Landscaping Army and help create beautiful, functional outdoor spaces.

Position Summary

As a Landscaping Technician, you’ll work hands-on to install, maintain, and enhance residential and commercial landscapes. You'll bring outdoor visions to life, using your skills to shape green spaces that are healthy, appealing, and tailored to client needs.

Key Responsibilities

· Perform general landscaping duties including mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, planting, mulching, and seasonal clean-ups.

· Install sod, plants, and hardscape features (e.g., pavers, rock, edging) according to design plans.

· Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.).

· Assist in landscape renovation and enhancement projects, ensuring high-quality results.

· Follow company procedures for eco-conscious landscaping and water-efficient practices.

· Communicate clearly with clients on-site and provide excellent customer service.

· Maintain cleanliness of trucks, tools, and job sites.

Requirements

· 1–2 years of landscaping or lawn care experience preferred.

· Familiarity with horticultural practices and landscape tools/equipment.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Strong attention to detail and a proactive work ethic.

· Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

· Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Physical Requirements

· Ability to stand, walk, kneel, and lift heavy objects for extended periods.

· Comfortable working in varying temperatures and weather conditions.

· Regular use of hand tools and motorized landscaping equipment.
