Landscape Crew Member / Landscape Technician
Role Overview
Kanazeh Lawn Service is looking for a Landscape Crew Member (or Landscape Technician) to join our team! In this role, you’ll be hands-on in creating and maintaining stunning outdoor spaces. You’ll assist with landscaping tasks such as mulching, planting, edging, and general maintenance, ensuring projects are completed safely and with top-quality results.

What You’ll Do
- Assist with mulching, planting, edging, and general landscape maintenance to enhance outdoor spaces.
- Safely haul trailers and equipment to and from job sites.
- Execute landscaping projects with precision, ensuring attention to detail and high-quality results.
- Follow safety protocols and company guidelines to maintain a secure and efficient work environment.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to company standards.
- Maintain and properly store landscaping equipment to ensure longevity and optimal performance.
What We’re Looking For
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required).
- Previous landscaping experience (preferred, but not required).
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
Work Schedule
- Hours vary by season, typically starting between 7:30 AM - 8:00 AM and ending around 5:00 PM - 5:30 PM.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay: $16 - $20 per hour (based on experience).
Annual bonuses and paid time off based on tenure.
1099 contract role, with potential transition to W2 employment based on company policies.
- Opportunity to contribute to additional seasonal services, including spring and fall cleanups and snow removal in winter.
