Landscaping Technician

The Landscaping Technician ensures the efficient operation of irrigation systems to support the overall health and appearance of the resort grounds. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong work ethic who upholds the company’s core values of integrity, passion, and excellence. A

As a Landscaping Technician, you will:

• Checking and repairing irrigation systems.
• Repairing and adjusting to irrigation clocks, water pipes, sprinkler heads, and daily checks of pump stations.
• Maintaining a detailed inventory of all irrigation-related parts and equipment.
• Writing reports and work orders.
• Programming and monitoring watering schedules for all Westgate Vacation Villas and Towers.

• Six months to one year related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong understanding of plant care, gardening techniques, and landscaping tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet in outdoor weather conditions for extended periods.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
• Valid Florida Driver’s License preferred (for use of company vehicles or equipment, if needed).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
