• Work Model: Onsite; 5 Days a Week
• Employment Type: Contract - 1099 (Not open third parties, C2C inquiries, etc.)
• Contract Duration: Three-month contract with possible long-term extension
• US Citizenship or US Permanent Resident Status Required

Summary
Our client is looking for a Laptop Deployment Technician to join their team on a contract basis! In this role, you will support a large-scale laptop deployment project, building and configuring approximately 150 laptops over three months. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to follow structured task lists, and a commitment to meeting tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and test approximately 20 laptops per week
• Follow detailed task lists to ensure all laptops are built accurately
• Collaborate with team members to track deployment progress and meet deadlines
• Provide ongoing technical support for laptop setup and troubleshooting
• Maintain clear documentation of configurations and processes

Requirements

• Enterprise IT experience in a Microsoft environment (Exchange, Active Directory, Azure, PC support, iOS mobile support)
  
• Previous experience in a financial organization is required
  
• Professional demeanor with strong communication and customer service skills
  
• Proven ability to document procedures accurately and communicate effectively
