We’re looking for passionate, skilled professionals who are ready to grow with a brand that leads the waxing industry.

What You'll Do:

As a Wax Specialist, you’ll be the expert our guests rely on for flawless waxing services and exceptional care. You'll create welcoming, empowering experiences that help every guest leave feeling confident and radiant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver expert waxing services with a focus on guest comfort and satisfaction
• Educate guests on our signature 4 Steps to Gorgeous™ waxing process
• Promote our exclusive product line with product knowledge and demos
• Recommend Wax Passes and educate on the benefits of routine waxing
• Drive guest loyalty through rebooking and referrals
• Stay informed on current in-center promotions and contribute to center sales goals
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and professional wax suite at all times
• Follow all safety protocols and be knowledgeable about contraindications
• Represent the brand through exceptional service, teamwork, and professionalism

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed Nevada Esthetician or Cosmetologist (Required)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Energetic, friendly, and service-focused attitude
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Attention to detail and strong time management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - both independently and as part of a team
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Physical & Work Environment Requirements:

• Standing for extended periods; bending, kneeling, and reaching regularly
• Lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Working with heated equipment (wax pots)
• Use of computers, phones, and other office tech
• Indoor setting with moderate noise and a fast-paced atmosphere
