About the Role

The Laser Engraving Associate will be responsible for engraving and producing memorial bands and custom products, fulfilling customer orders, and maintaining high-quality production standards. The ideal candidate will be a Veteran or First Responder, or a family member/friend of one. They should be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role will contribute to our mission by producing memorial tributes with precision and care while upholding our core values and commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities 

• Use Adobe Illustrator to program laser machines and create engraving templates
• Operate and maintain fiber and CO2 laser engraving machines
• Prepare, engrave, inspect, and package custom memorial bands, tumblers, and apparel
• Follow engraving templates and brand guidelines for accuracy and consistency
• Fulfill orders by pulling products, packaging, and preparing for shipment
• Maintain productivity quotas while upholding quality standards
• Inspect engraved products for defects and report machine malfunctions
• Coordinate with design, marketing, and fulfillment teams
• Recommend process improvements to reduce waste and improve efficiency
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• While you don’t need to be, there is a strong preference for a Military/First Responder background or relation to Military/First Responders
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with data entry, inventory control, and equipment maintenance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to take initiative, follow instructions, and solve problems
• Dependable, punctual, and strong work ethic
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to be in the office 5 days a week

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous laser engraving experience
• Experience working in a production or fulfillment environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
