What You’ll Do

• Set up and operate precision laser engraving machines


• Read and interpret technical drawings or customer specifications


• Load parts and fixtures with accuracy and care


• Adjust engraving parameters based on material type and geometry


• Monitor and inspect output for clarity, depth, and accuracy


• Perform light maintenance and calibration of engraving equipment


• Document work performed and maintain production records


• Communicate proactively with team leads and engineers

What We’re Looking For

• Keen attention to detail and strong visual acuity


• Basic understanding of CAD files and blueprint reading


• Comfortable working with small, delicate parts under magnification


• Ability to sit for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs


• Self-starter with a quality-first mindset


• Willingness to cross-train and contribute in a fast-paced environment
