Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Laser Operator to join a fast-paced manufacturing team in Tulsa, OK. This role supports laser cutting operations by assisting with setup, material handling, and post-processing tasks to ensure efficient and accurate production. The Laser Operator position requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload sheet metal and materials onto laser cutting machines.

• Support machine setup and calibration under operator direction.

• Remove finished parts and inspect for accuracy and quality.

• Perform basic deburring, cleaning, and sorting of components.

• Organize and label finished parts for shipping or downstream processes.

• Monitor material usage, report shortages or defects.

• Operate forklifts, overhead cranes, or pallet jacks to move materials.

• Maintain a clean and safe work area while following safety protocols.

• Assist in troubleshooting and communicate equipment concerns promptly.

Requirements

• Proven experience in metal fabrication or laser cutting processes.

• Ability to read a tape measure, calipers, and other measuring tools.

• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently when required.
