Coastal is looking for an entry-level RN to join our growing team. This is a growth-track role: you'll start performing lasers, facials, SkinPen, and peels, with a clear path to injectables training within approximately 6 months, contingent on completing all required trainings.

What You'll Be Doing

This role goes beyond scheduled appointments — we're looking for someone who's excited to build genuine relationships and grow their own patient base. That includes:

• Engaging directly with clients and taking initiative to grow the practice


• Comfortably marketing yourself and Coastal's services, including to friends, family, and your personal network


• Participating in social media and content creation as part of promoting Coastal's services


• Coastal shares space with Brazilia, giving you a natural, built-in opportunity to meet new potential clients — greeting Brazilia's guests, sharing Coastal's services, and introducing them to what we offe


• Handling administrative responsibilities such as answering phones and scheduling appointments

Requirements

• Active RN license


• Aesthetic experience preferred, not required


• Comfort with a sales-oriented, self-promotional role is essential

Additional Role Details

• Schedule: Part-time — every Saturday and Thursday required, with a possible third day based on demand or PTO coverage


• Compensation: $25–30/hr during training; $30–40/hr + 10% product commission and tips once fully ramped
