WHO WE ARE:
The Lash Lounge Indy – Nora Plaza is the premier salon for Lash Extensions! We offer a complete menu of services including Perming, Tinting, Threading, and more. We are proud to create a warm and inviting atmosphere while focusing on the health and care of our guests’ natural lashes. We have P.A.S.S.I.O.N. It's what we offer to every guest we help look and feel beautiful, and it's how we exemplify ourselves as a community built on love, loyalty, and confidence.
Our proven salon layout has exquisite features, high-end furnishings and cutting-edge technology to provide a luxurious ambiance, exceptional Guest experience and support for our team members. We provide industry-leading, comprehensive training and ongoing professional development.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leads the day-to-day application of our services with the “Gold Standard” of customer service
- Performs a meaningful Guest consultation, customizing services to exceed Guest expectations
- Confidently educates Guests on our products and services, staying current via our ongoing training
- Expertly applies semi-permanent eyelash extensions, lifts, tinting, and facial threading and more
- Actively seeks to build our brand and Guest portfolio, supporting promotional and marketing campaigns including membership sales
- Takes ownership of work area, exceeding all health and safety protocols
- Takes pride in luxury salon image, contributing to routine general cleanliness as a part of a team
- All other duties as prescribed
SKILLS:
Passionate about making our Guests feel radiant by accentuating their natural beauty
Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to listen and communicate clearly
- Desire to be a part of an outstanding team, forming strong relationships which enhance salon culture
- Strong people-facing skills, able to work with the public and always presenting professionally
Dedicated to continuous development, with the motivation use tools to self-learn
- Approaches role in an artistic but organized and detail-oriented manner
- Enjoys problem-solving and exhibits sound judgment, always acting ethically and with integrity
- Active Cosmetology or Esthetics Indiana license required

HOURS:
Full-time hours within the salon hours:
- Monday-Thursday 8am - 9pm
- Friday-Saturday 8am - 6pm
- Sunday 10am - 6pm
JOB TYPE: Full-time
PAY: $45,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

The Lash Lounge is a world-class destination for semi-permanent eyelash extensions. We offer a complete menu of services, including eyelash extensions, refills, threading and more. When women visit The Lash Lounge, they enter a retreat designed to rejuvenate from the inside out, so that they can step out and face the world with confidence.
