Job Requirements include but are not limited to:

• Demonstrate a consistent mastery in application of classic, volume lashes, and hybrid lashes without need for any training or supervision


• Current Esthetic or Cosmetology license in Arizona


• Previous experience in applying eyelash extensions in a studio or spa environment


• Ability to recommend and sale retail products


• Get along well with others and be engaging and personable


• Work well in a dynamic environment and keep within allotted service time requirements


• Willing to learn new techniques and participate in continued education


• Accept helpful suggestions and share in performance reviews
