Lash Technician - Esthetician / Cosmetologist

Qualifications

• Active esthetician or cosmetology license (as required by state law)
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience applying eyelash extensions
• Proficiency in classic, hybrid, and volume lash application techniques
• Strong consultation, styling, and client retention skills
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality work
• Front desk experience is not required, but a plus
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while managing an independent service schedule
