We are seeking a highly qualified Lateral Associate to join a robust and innovative Class Actions Litigation team in San Francisco, CA. Class Action Expertise and Practice

This position is with a distinguished law firm recognized for its leadership in class action litigation. The teams expertise includes:

• Consumer Class Actions: Representing clients in high-stakes consumer protection claims.
• Employment Class Actions: Defending against wage and hour disputes and workplace claims.
• Privacy and Data Security: Addressing complex legal issues in evolving areas of privacy law.
• Antitrust and Securities: Handling intricate class actions involving antitrust and securities litigation.
• Cross-Functional Practice: Collaborating across disciplines to provide comprehensive legal strategies for global clients.

In this position, you will:

• Represent clients in state and federal class action litigation, participating in high-profile and high-stakes cases.
• Research and draft motions, briefs, and other litigation documents of the highest quality.
• Manage all aspects of discovery, including depositions, document production, and interrogatories.
• Handle case and client management responsibilities, working closely with sophisticated clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with a talented litigation team to develop innovative legal strategies tailored to client needs.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are seeking candidates who bring the following qualifications and attributes:

Experience and Expertise

• Experience: Law school graduate from 2017 to 2021 with prior exposure to state and federal class action litigation and broader commercial litigation experience.
• Practice Areas: Experience in consumer, employment, privacy, antitrust, or securities class actions is highly valued.

Educational Credentials

• Juris Doctor (JD): Degree from a top-tier, accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
• Clerkship Experience: District or appellate court clerkship experience is preferred but not required.
