We are seeking highly qualified associates from law school class years 2017 to 2020 to join a leading M&A and Private Equity team in New York, NY. This position provides an unparalleled opportunity to work on sophisticated transactions while cultivating direct client relationships.

In this position, you will:

Manage deal processes from inception to completion, ensuring seamless coordination among all parties.
Build and maintain direct client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on complex corporate matters.

Experience and Expertise
Experience: Law school graduate from 2017 to 2020 with substantial experience in M&A transactions and private equity matters.

Educational Credentials
Juris Doctor (JD): Degree from a top-tier, accredited law school with strong academic performance.
Bar Admission: Active membership in good standing or eligibility to waive into the New York Bar.
