The Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced and driven Lateral Associate - IP Litigation to join a leading team in Orange County, CA. This role provides an opportunity to work on innovative and high-stakes intellectual property cases. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in advancing the success of the team and its clients.

What You'll Do

• Represent clients in complex intellectual property and patent litigation matters.
• Develop creative and effective litigation strategies.
• Draft motions, briefs, and other legal documentation.
• Manage PTAB disputes and support trial and appellate preparations.
• Collaborate with a skilled team to tackle cutting-edge legal challenges.

What You Bring to the Table

• Experience: Law school graduate from 2018-2021 with prior IP or patent litigation experience.
• Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from a top law school. Undergraduate degrees in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, biomedical engineering, or similar fields are highly preferred.
• Skills: Strong legal research, analytical, and communication abilities.
• Additional Qualifications: CAFC clerkship and PTAB dispute experience are a strong plus.

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills for team and client engagement.
• Strong advocacy and written communication for litigation success.
