The Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced and driven Lateral Associate - IP Litigation to join a premier team in Palo Alto, CA. This role offers the chance to work on innovative and high-impact intellectual property cases. Your expertise will help shape the future of intellectual property law and contribute to groundbreaking legal solutions.

What You'll Do

• Represent clients in complex intellectual property and patent litigation matters.
• Develop effective and creative legal strategies.
• Draft motions, briefs, and other litigation-related documentation.
• Handle PTAB disputes and assist with trial and appellate preparations.
• Collaborate with a skilled team to address challenging and cutting-edge legal issues.

What You Bring to the Table

• Experience: Law school graduate from 2018-2021 with demonstrated IP or patent litigation experience.
• Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from a top law school. Undergraduate degrees in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, biomedical engineering, or similar fields are highly preferred.
• Skills: Strong legal research, analytical, and communication abilities.
• Additional Qualifications: CAFC clerkship and PTAB dispute experience are a significant advantage.

• Expertise in intellectual property litigation and deep knowledge of patent law.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Effective collaboration and interpersonal abilities for team and client interactions.
• Exceptional written and oral communication for litigation success.
