The Opportunity
We're seeking mid-level and senior Real Estate associates to join a prominent and expanding team in San Francisco, CA. This position provides an exciting opportunity to work on impactful real estate transactions, contribute to high-profile deals, and thrive in a collaborative and supportive environment.

What You'll Do

• Represent clients in mortgage and mezzanine debt transactions (lender and borrower side).
• Advise on joint-venture equity arrangements, acquisitions, dispositions, and development projects.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal documents and agreements.
• Collaborate with clients and team members to provide innovative solutions for real estate transactions.
• Contribute to the mentorship and development of junior associates as part of a positive team culture.

What You Bring to the Table

• Experience: Mid-level or senior associate with expertise in one or more of the following areas: mortgage/mezzanine debt, joint-venture equity work, acquisitions and dispositions, and/or development.
• Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
• Skills: Strong legal research, transactional drafting, and negotiation skills.
• Additional Consideration: Candidates with a strong transactional background in non-real estate areas and an interest in real estate law are encouraged to apply.
