Latino Network Coordinator

Administrative & Organizational Support

●        Manage calendars, scheduling, and other arrangements for the Latino Network.

●        Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the network as needed.

●        Assist with budget tracking, expense reporting, and record-keeping.

●        Maintain databases of Latino pastors, leaders, and partner churches.

Events & Program Coordination

●     Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing Latino Network events, cohorts, trainings, and gatherings.

●     Support logistics such as event registration, promotion, venue coordination, materials preparation, and follow-up.

Help facilitate online meetings, webinars, and virtual training opportunities.

Communications & Resource Support

●     Draft and translate communications (English ↔ Spanish) for newsletters, emails, and social media updates.

●     Help prepare training materials, presentations, and resource documents for Latino leaders.

Maintain clear communication with network leaders, pastors, and participants.

Relational & Ministry Support

●     Provide hospitality and care for Latino pastors, planters, and families when engaging with the network.

●     Serve as a first point of contact for questions and support within the Latino Network.

Assist the Director in building connections and following up with new leaders and partners.

Classification

This is a full-time, salaried-exempt position.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors degree preferred, or 3-4 years of ministry experience required
• A personal and growing relationship with Jesus Christ and commitment to the mission of church planting, replanting and network development.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in administrative support, event planning, or ministry coordination.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Relational, hospitable, and culturally sensitive.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Technical/Software Knowledge:

● Proficiency with technology tools (Microsoft Office/Google Suite, Zoom, Database Systems (CRM’s) Social Media.

●Proficiency with Asana, Slack (preferred)
