You will assist customers with their inquiries related to automotive products and services, ensuring they receive exceptional assistance in Latvian.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries regarding automotive services, vehicle specifications, and maintenance via phone, email, and chat in Latvian.
• Assist customers with booking appointments for services, repairs, and other automotive needs.
• Provide information on product features, promotions, and financing options available.
• Resolve customer complaints and technical issues promptly and effectively.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference.
• Collaborate with technical and sales teams to enhance the customer experience.
• Stay informed about industry trends and new automotive products to provide relevant information to customers.

• Fluency in Latvian (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize effectively.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is highly desirable.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
