As a representative, you will engage with clients in Latvian, assisting them with inquiries related to biotechnology products and services, while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries regarding biotechnology products, services, and applications via phone, email, and live chat in Latvian.
• Provide detailed information on product features, usage, and regulatory guidelines.
• Assist customers with order processing, tracking, and troubleshooting as needed.
• Resolve issues and inquiries promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference.
• Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to provide seamless support to clients.
• Stay informed on industry trends and company offerings to provide up-to-date information to customers.

• Fluency in Latvian (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English or other languages is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the biotechnology or related field.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to high-quality customer support.
• Ability to process complex information and convey it clearly to customers.
• Effective problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer service.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and general computer proficiency.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
