As a representative, you will utilize your Latvian language skills to assist with inquiries and ensure that customers receive accurate and timely information.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to construction services, project details, and product offerings via phone, email, and chat in Latvian.
• Provide clients with detailed information about construction processes, timelines, and compliance requirements.
• Assist in troubleshooting issues and coordinating responses with relevant teams.
• Document all customer interactions accurately to maintain comprehensive records.
• Collaborate with project managers and sales teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and company services to inform customers effectively.

• Fluency in Latvian (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is beneficial.
• Experience in customer service, ideally within the construction or related industries.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to articulate complex information clearly to clients.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends when required.
