As a customer service representative, you will be instrumental in assisting students and institutions with their inquiries, helping them make the most of our educational services.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries related to e-learning platforms, course offerings, and enrollment processes via phone, email, and live chat in Latvian.
• Provide guidance on technical issues and assist users in navigating online learning tools.
• Support students and educators with course selection, scheduling, and account management.
• Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with educational teams to relay customer feedback and enhance the user experience.
• Stay updated on new educational products and features to offer informed support.

• Fluency in Latvian (both oral and written) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the education or e-learning sector.
• Strong communication skills with a friendly and supportive demeanor.
• Problem-solving abilities and a commitment to delivering excellent customer care.
• Ability to manage inquiries in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and general computer applications.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
