As a representative, you will assist clients and customers in navigating their inquiries, providing vital support in Latvian.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries regarding oil and gas services, pricing, and industry regulations via phone, email, and live chat in Latvian.
• Provide accurate and timely information on products, services, and account management.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting issues related to their services and accounts.
• Document all customer interactions diligently in the CRM system.
• Work collaboratively with technical and administrative teams to resolve customer issues.
• Stay informed about industry developments to keep customers updated and informed.

• Fluency in Latvian (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is beneficial.
• Experience in customer service, particularly in the energy or oil & gas sector, is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and general office software.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
