Latvian Speaking Customer Service for Finance industry

Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to announce a role for Latvian Speaking Customer Service Representatives within the finance industry. This position offers a unique opportunity for individuals who are not only passionate about finance but also enjoy helping customers navigate their financial inquiries. As a representative, you will be the first point of contact for clients, assisting them with a variety of inquiries and ensuring they receive excellent support in Latvian.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to financial products, services, and account management via phone, email, and chat in Latvian.
• Provide guidance on services such as loans, accounts, and investment options.
• Assist customers with account access problems, transaction inquiries, and complaint resolution.
• Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.
• Work closely with various financial departments to address customer issues effectively.
• Stay informed about financial regulations and product offerings to provide accurate information to clients.

• Fluency in Latvian (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is advantageous.
• Experience in customer service, ideally in the finance sector.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to provide clear explanations to customers.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• A customer-focused mindset with a dedication to excellent service.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and other financial software.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
