This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about food and beverages and enjoy providing excellent customer service. As a representative, you will assist customers in navigating their inquiries while delivering support in Latvian, ensuring they have a pleasant experience with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries related to food and beverage products, services, and promotions via phone, email, and chat in Latvian.
• Provide information regarding product availability, nutritional information, and preparation instructions.
• Assist with order management, including processing, tracking, and resolving issues.
• Address customer complaints and feedback effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries.
• Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge to enhance customer interactions.

• Fluency in Latvian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is beneficial.
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the food & beverage industry, is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to provide friendly and helpful service.
• Problem-solving abilities and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
• Familiarity with customer service software and CRM applications.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
