Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer an opportunity for Latvian Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Education & E-Learning industry. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about education and technology and enjoy helping learners access the resources they need. As a customer service representative, you will communicate with students, educators, and clients in Latvian, providing guidance and support regarding our educational products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries related to e-learning platforms, courses, and educational resources via phone, email, and chat in Latvian.
• Provide assistance with account setup, course enrollment, and technical troubleshooting.
• Guide customers in utilizing our platforms effectively to enhance their learning experience.
• Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the education support team to resolve issues and improve services.
• Stay informed about new educational products, features, and best practices in e-learning.

• Fluency in Latvian (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is advantageous.
• Experience in customer service, particularly in the education or e-learning sector is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to create a positive learning environment.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and a commitment to customer support.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and familiarity with e-learning tools.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as required.
