This role is ideal for individuals who have a passion for real estate and enjoy assisting clients with their property needs. As a customer service representative, you will engage with clients in Latvian, providing them with support and guidance through their property-related inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries regarding real estate listings, sales, and rental processes via phone, email, and chat in Latvian.
• Provide information on available properties, market trends, and pricing.
• Assist clients with scheduling viewings, processing applications, and navigating the buying or renting process.
• Resolve any issues or queries promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions thoroughly in the CRM system for record-keeping and follow-up.
• Collaborate with real estate agents and other internal teams to provide comprehensive support to clients.
• Stay informed about local market conditions and real estate regulations to provide accurate information to customers.

• Fluency in Latvian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Excellent communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and an ability to handle client concerns effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize workload efficiently.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and a good understanding of real estate processes.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends as required.
