Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding renewable energy solutions, including solar, wind, and energy efficiency programs via phone, email, and chat in Latvian.
• Educate customers on products, services, and incentives related to renewable energy.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving customer issues related to energy services.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with technical and sales teams to provide comprehensive support to customers.
• Stay current on industry trends and developments in renewable energy to better assist clients.

• Fluency in Latvian (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is beneficial.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the renewable energy or utility sectors.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to connect effectively with customers.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive, customer-focused approach.
• Attention to detail and the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and general office software applications.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
