Key Responsibilities

• Assist users with inquiries related to social media accounts, features, and functionalities via phone, email, and live chat in Latvian.
• Guidance on best practices for content creation, engagement, and utilizing platform tools effectively.
• Resolve account issues, including login problems, account suspensions, and content violations.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to provide customers with updated information and support.
• Stay informed about the latest social media trends and platform updates to better assist users.

• Fluency in Latvian (both written and spoken) is essential; English proficiency is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the social media or technology sector.
• Strong communication skills with a friendly and positive demeanor.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Adapts quickly to changes in social media trends and platform features.
• Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
