Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries related to telecommunications services, products, and plans via phone, email, and live chat in Latvian.
• Provide information on service features, pricing, and account management.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Document all interactions and follow-up activities accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with technical support teams to address complex issues and facilitate solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and company offerings to provide informed customer support.

• Fluency in Latvian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the telecommunications sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer engagement.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
