Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service in Latvian and English through various communication channels
• Handle customer inquiries, challenges, and requests efficiently and professionally
• Document all interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve customer concerns
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to support service improvements
• Stay informed about product information and company updates
• Engage in continuous training to enhance your customer service skills

• Fluency in Latvian and English, with excellent communication abilities
• Customer service experience is preferred, ideally in a similar role
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills
• Enthusiastic about providing exceptional customer experiences
• Knowledge of CRM systems and customer support tools is a plus
