This is how you will grow:

The launch engineer is responsible for coordinating and overseeing all aspects of vehicle launch, including design, development, testing, and implementation, ensuring a successful launch on time and within budget, working closely with various departments to manage critical launch processes and resolve issues that may arise.

Requirements

This is how you will take us forward:

• Automotive experience
• Engineering degree ideally in mechanical engineering
• 3 y ears experience in CAD design (preferably 3Dx or Catia V5
• Involved in at least 2 automotive program launches (6 months before SOP until 3 months after SOP)
• Hard trim upper/lower preferred
• Soft trim carpet and NVH a bonus
• Experience in root cause analysis 
• Capable  of directing / mentoring people on production line
