Come be a part of what\u2019s next.\n\nThis role is responsible for delivering seamless live event launches on our service\u2014executing merchandising strategies, enabling bespoke title positioning, and partnering cross-functionally to create exceptional member experiences.\n\nYou will:\n\n * Lead end-to-end launch execution for live events, serving as the day-to-day owner of Product deliverables\n\n * Execute established merchandising strategies and title positioning plans\n\n * Partner closely with Production/Post, Creative, Product, Engineering, and Marketing to ensure launch readiness\n\n * Communicate priorities, context, and trade-offs to align stakeholders\n\n * Drive operational excellence through scalable workflows, tracking, and standards\n\n * Identify risks, blockers, and gaps; escalate and resolve issues proactively\n\n * Act as the primary escalation point for launch and merchandising issues\n\n * Oversee event-level workstreams, coordinating internal and external partners\n\n * Maintain clear Product \u0026 Title overviews, even as event needs evolve, including delivery plans and projections for scaling and promotion\n\n * Troubleshoot issues in real time and mobilize the right teams for resolution\n\n * Support on-call coverage for live launches (including nights/weekends/holidays on a need basis)\n\n * Conduct post-mortems and contribute to continuous improvement of live operations\n\n\n\n\nWhat We\u2019re Looking For\n\n * 5\u20137 years of experience in live event project/program management, operations in s simiar fast-paced and agile environment\n\n * Proven ability to drive process improvement and build scalable workflows\n\n * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills\n\n * Demonstrated ability to collaborate, influence, and operate cross-functionally\n\n * Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in fast-paced, high-impact environments\n\n * Passion for live events and shaping the future of live experiences\n\n * An earnest and inclusive team player who will be a great steward of the Netflix culture\n\n\n\n\nAdditional Details\n\n * On-call support required for live events\n\n * Occasional Los Angeles office presence to meet with key stakeholders and light travel\n\n\n\n\nGenerally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $230,000.00 - $340,000.00.\n\nNetflix provides comprehensive benefits including Health Plans, Mental Health support, a 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer match, Stock Option Program, Disability Programs, Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts, Family-forming benefits, and Life and Serious Injury Benefits. We also offer paid leave of absence programs. Full-time hourly employees accrue 35 days annually for paid time off to be used for vacation, holidays, and sick paid time off.
