The Position:

Operate laundry machines, iron, and dryers to provide clean linens, toweling, cleaning rags, spa robes, table linens, restaurant towels, bedspreads, etc. for the Resort. Duties include but are not limited to: 

• Sorts and weighs incoming laundry according to established criteria and procedures.
• Pre-treats stains and washes laundry using machinery, equipment, detergents, bleach, fabric softener and other laundry aids.
• Count and sort outside linen from motels.
• Dry and folds toweling, blankets, comforters when needed. 
• Pre-dry linen for proper ironing.

• High School Diploma or GED Certificate required.
• 6 months to one year experience in a laundry or a service operation required.
• Excellent organizational, verbal, interpersonal, and customer relation’s skills
• Able to read and comprehend written instructions.
• Ability to work without a lot of supervision.
• Ability lift and or push up to 100 lbs.
• Must be able to obtain a Class I Gaming License.
• Must maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance at all times. (Specific Standards available).
