Laundry Manager

Saucon Valley Country Club, one of the most prestigious private clubs in the country, is seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Laundry Manager to lead our laundry operations and support our high standards of service across the property. This full-time, year-round position plays a critical role in ensuring a seamless experience for our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily laundry operations, overseeing a team of 5–6 staff members during peak season.
   
• Ensure timely and high-quality laundering of linens, towels, and specialty items for departments including culinary, dining, events, fitness center, pool, and lodging complex.
   
• Maintain inventory and par levels of all linens and laundry supplies.
   
• Develop and implement procedures for efficient workflow and equipment use.
   
• Train, schedule, and supervise laundry team members to ensure safety, consistency, and excellence.
   
• Coordinate with department managers to meet operational needs and adjust priorities as needed.
   
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within laundry operations (hospitality or club setting preferred).
   
• Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
   
• Knowledge of commercial laundry equipment and best practices for textile care.
   
• Ability to lift, move, and handle loads of up to 50 pounds.
   
• A positive, can-do attitude and a commitment to quality and teamwork.
