Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Laundry Runner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing guest requests related to laundry services, delivering clean laundry to housekeepers, and picking up dirty laundry in a timely manner. This role is essential in ensuring that our laundry operations run smoothly and that our guests receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond promptly to guest requests for laundry services.

- Deliver clean laundry to housekeepers and ensure proper handling.

- Pick up dirty laundry from designated areas and transport it to the laundry facility.

- Maintain a high level of organization and cleanliness in the laundry area.

- Communicate effectively with housekeeping staff and management regarding laundry needs.

- Adhere to safety and hygiene standards while handling laundry items.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Physical stamina to lift and carry laundry items as needed. 

- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required.
