Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Laundry Department Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our laundry department. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient and high-quality service while managing staff and maintaining equipment. This role requires a strong leader who can uphold cleanliness and safety standards, manage inventory, and train employees effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations of the laundry department to ensure efficient service delivery

- Manage and supervise staff, providing guidance and support as needed

- Maintain and ensure proper functioning of laundry equipment and chemical.

- Uphold cleanliness and safety standards within the department

- Manage inventory, including ordering and tracking supplies

- Train new employees on procedures and best practices

- Conduct room inspections as needed to ensure quality standards are met

- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a laundry or similar environment

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent organizational and time management abilities

- Knowledge of laundry equipment and maintenance

- Ability to uphold safety and cleanliness standards

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality service

-Bilingual English-Spanish.

-Ability to work on Computer.  Windows, Outlook, Excel, PMS, GXP.
