Lawn & Fertilizer Technician - Residential Landscapes

We are seeking a detail-oriented Fertilizer Technician to join our landscape services team in Walpole, MA. As a Fertilizer Technician in Walpole, MA, you will work directly in residential landscapes, ensuring proper application of treatments and maintaining accurate service records. Key Responsibilities

• Apply fertilizers, soil amendments, and other lawn treatments according to schedules and manufacturer guidelines
• Inspect turf and plant health to identify issues and recommend corrective treatments
• Safely operate application equipment, service vehicles, and lawn care tools
• Maintain detailed service logs and adhere to treatment schedules
• Follow company safety protocols, environmental guidelines, and quality standards
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient project completion

• Previous experience in lawn care, fertilization, or landscape maintenance preferred
• Knowledge of turf care practices, fertilizer application, and plant health
• Ability to safely operate lawn care equipment and perform physical outdoor work
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Hourly pay: $20 – $28, based on experience and qualifications
